THE FINE PRINT
PAYMENTS
To receive Early Bird rate, payment must be made in full one month prior to start date.
Payment Plan installments are non-refundable and are ineligible for discounts.
REFUND POLICY
Teacher training monies are non-refundable.
Sri Yoga Retreats, Trainings, Workshops, and Classes Refund and Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your enrollment in any Sri Yoga Retreat, Training, Workshop, or Class: No refunds.
Lodging reserved through Sri Yoga Retreats is non-refundable.
In the event of reservation arrangement changes : Any changes to lodging arrangements after payment is received will incur a $50 service charge plus site penalties.
TRAINING COSTS
Items not Included in tuition:
Books
Outside workshops (credit will be given to students who have completed relevant outside workshops up to one year prior to the final day of the training).
Outside classes and observation hours
Any missed contact/non-contact hours in any Sri Yoga Teacher Trainings.
SYTT 200 HOUR MAKE UP POLICY
1) Students can miss up to 6 hours of the TT lecture without penalty. Students are responsible for getting the notes either from other students, or they can book a private with whoever was teaching the material they missed.
2) Missed asana practices may be made up in a public class given by any of the scheduled lead teachers in the training.
3) Anything over 6 lecture hours must be make up in the form of a private with the lead teachers. 4 hours missed time for 1 private. Cost of private is $180.
SYTT 300 HOUR MAKE UP POLICY
In the event that a student misses any classroom time/contact hours of a Sri Yoga 300 hour Teacher Training, they can be made up through private sessions with either Jean or your Lead Teacher for the module. For each hour missed, calculate 1 hour of one-on-one time. Private sessions are $190/hr for the 300 Hr.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If a training is cancelled by Sri Yoga Retreats, payments to date will be refunded in full which constitutes settlement fees. Sri Yoga Retreats will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for canceled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness.
Reminder: It is in your interest when booking your travel to include cancellation insurance in the unforeseen event that you are unable to attend the training or that the training is cancelled.

All services described herein are organized by Sri Yoga Trainings and Retreats. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of customers are made by the organizers on the sole condition that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith.
The information contained in this site is correct to the best of the organizer's knowledge, but the organizer accepts no liability for any inaccuracies therein.
The organizers reserve the right to alter any itinerary or service at any time without penalty to the organizer.
The organizers reserve the right to withdraw or refuse any service to any customer at the discretion of the organizers. Payment of deposit is taken as acknowledgment of and agreement to the above items.
