Change Your Energy, Change Your Life Series: Yoga For Growth And Intuition

Growth and Lightness – Cultivating creativity and feeling light-hearted invokes a more permanent kind of change.  When we are creative with our thinking, we have a sense of knowing that more is possible.  We no longer feel trapped.  We have hope in our future.  In this class, we will tap into our creative, expressive power and learn how to move our energy up so that we feel light in all our endeavors!  In this class, we will work on Udana (Ascending and Growth force) through extensions and Inversions.

1. We will strengthen our readiness for whatever life brings.  

2. We will energize every cell of our bodies and minds so that we can truly thrive while showing the world who we really are!

3.  We will learn how to open ourselves up to Intuition and Creativity and get excited about our life journeys.

All classes in this series will include lecture, asana, pranayama, and meditation.

Brenna began her journey with Yoga, Meditation, Tantra, and Ayurveda in 1998. Originally from New York, then Chicago and now San Francisco, Brenna Geehan, E-RYT, is a Level II Certified ParaYoga® Instructor through Yogarupa Rod Stryker. Brenna co-directs Sri Yoga ™ Teacher Trainings with Jean Mazzei and travels nationally offering Yoga seminars.

Brenna has over 1,500 hrs of training and over 16 years of experience and specializes in prescribing transformative yoga practices with meditation that addresses her students personal needs.
